Client Brief
Penny and Gerald engaged Ecovia Turf to deliver a complete landscaping transformation for their high end residential property in Camp Hill. The outdoor areas needed to complement the premium design of the home while remaining practical and functional for everyday use.
The project involved a wide range of complex works, including significant excavation, drainage upgrades and multiple construction elements. With an overall project value exceeding $200,000 and a four month build period, the clients required an experienced contractor capable of managing a large scale project while coordinating seamlessly with other trades on site.
Our Solution
Ecovia Turf delivered a full-service landscaping solution, managing all aspects of the project from initial site preparation through to final detailing. The works commenced with bulk excavation and concrete cutting to prepare the site for extensive upgrades across the property. Comprehensive drainage solutions were installed to manage water flow and protect both the home and surrounding landscape.
The Result
The project included the construction and removal of retaining walls, fencing and steps, along with premium tile installation and concreting to achieve a refined, high end finish. Frameless glass pool fencing was installed in accordance with regulations, and both artificial and premium natural turf were incorporated to balance low maintenance with a sophisticated aesthetic. Careful coordination with other trades and final rectification works ensured a cohesive and polished outcome across all areas of the landscape.
