They wanted a softer, high-quality turf product that was sustainable and more aligned with their environmental values. The project involved removing and repurposing the existing artificial turf, addressing base preparation issues, and installing a new, premium solution.

Replacing the Artificial Turf
Ecovia Turf went above and beyond by carefully lifting and donating the existing artificial turf, which had a latex backing, to a local daycare and paintball centre for reuse—avoiding unnecessary landfill. After removing the turf, we re-levelled the base to correct the uneven surface from the previous poor installation. We then installed 180m2 of our 35mm EcoLife artificial turf, chosen for its exceptional softness, durability, and sustainability. The EcoLife turf, free from latex and PFAs, provided a long-lasting and environmentally friendly solution.
Final Outcome
The client’s outdoor space was transformed into a visually stunning, low-maintenance area that met their needs for softness, quality, and sustainability. The reuse of the old turf demonstrated Ecovia Turf’s commitment to environmental responsibility, and the new installation provided a durable, eco-friendly solution that will last for years to come.
