Kirstie contacted Ecovia Turf to replace an existing latex based synthetic turf surface that had become worn and damaged over time. The base beneath the turf had sunk in several areas, and previously installed drainage had failed, causing ongoing issues across the lawn area.
The space formed part of a new build home in Balmoral and needed to provide a safe and durable outdoor area for regular family use, including two young children. In addition to the drainage challenges, the project site also presented restricted access, meaning all materials and equipment needed to be transported manually through the property.
