The clients, a busy family of five with four children and a dog, were looking to transform their outdoor space in Fig Tree Pocket. They wanted a low-maintenance solution that would provide a clean, functional yard for the children and pets. Although they were initially interested in artificial turf for the entire area, budget constraints led them to consider a combination of artificial and natural turf. The family needed a single contractor to manage both, to avoid complications with multiple service providers and reduce costs.

This approach minimised ongoing yard upkeep while providing a neat, aesthetically pleasing outdoor area that was safe for both kids and pets. We also coordinated the entire installation, simplifying the process for the clients and eliminating the need for multiple contractors.
Scope of works
Artificial Turf:
Installed 90m² of durable, low-maintenance 35mm EcoLife artificial turf in high-traffic areas.
Natural Turf:
Laid 120m² of natural turf in lower-use areas to reduce costs while keeping a lush, green look.
Site Preparation:
Completed excavation and base preparation, ensuring proper drainage and soil health for long-term turf success.
Child & Pet Safety:
Used non-toxic, SVHC-free materials, with no latex or harmful solvents, for a safe play environment.
