Complete Landscaping Requirements for a New Build in Holland Park
Kiran engaged Ecovia Turf to deliver a complete landscaping solution for their new build home in Holland Park. As a young family, the clients were seeking privacy, safety and security while creating a practical outdoor space that could be enjoyed long term. The landscape design also needed to support healthy gardens, including future fruit trees, which made material selection an important consideration.
The project was a large scale build delivered over more than three months and required careful coordination across multiple trades. The clients were looking for a contractor who could manage the entire scope of works, reducing complexity on site and ensuring a consistent standard throughout the build.
Earthworks, Retaining Walls and Fencing Installation
Ecovia Turf project managed and delivered all aspects of the landscaping works, coordinating concrete and electrical trades while maintaining a single point of contact for the clients. Extensive earthworks and drainage solutions were installed to ensure long term performance across the site.
The project included the construction of 60 lineal metres of retaining walls and 80 lineal metres of Colorbond and PVC fencing to provide privacy, safety and boundary definition.
Artificial Turf Installation and Outdoor Finishing Works
To complete the outdoor space, 150 square metres of EcoLife 35mm artificial turf was installed, selected for its durability, comfort underfoot and suitability for family environments and surrounding gardens.
Holding the appropriate licences allowed Ecovia Turf to complete the works efficiently with one primary trade on site, helping to streamline the build and foster a strong working relationship with the clients throughout the project.
