Artificial Turf Installation

To address the complex drainage issues and enhance the usability of the property, Ecovia Turf undertook significant earthworks, regrading the block to include a large swale directing water flow along the property’s side. We constructed a retaining wall to manage the elevated terrain and installed a maintenance-free PVC fence for durability and aesthetics. The project also included the installation of 140m2 of artificial turf and a stylish glass pool fence, ensuring the area was both functional and visually appealing.

This comprehensive approach not only solved the initial issues but also transformed the property into a stunning, functional, and safe living environment.

Scope of works

Land Regrading
Excavated and regraded 1,000m2 to improve drainage.

Advanced Drainage Systems
Installed 6 storm water pits, 20 meters of channel drains, and 300 meters of stormwater piping.
Pool Infrastructure
Laid a steel-reinforced concrete slab for pool fencing.
Retaining Wall
Built 30 meters of concrete sleeper retaining wall.
Fencing
Erected 30 meters of frameless glass pool fence and PVC fence for safety and aesthetics
Artificial Turf
Installed 140m2 of 35mm EcoLife artificial turf for a durable, low-maintenance lawn.
