We also supply installers working in the same suburbs, because the product is the point: the more ONE-DNA™ going into the ground, the stronger the brand is for everyone selling it. A trade supply enquiry is a trade supply enquiry. We do not use it to go after your client, and if the end customer contacts us directly about a job you are quoting, we refer them back to you.
Where an installer wants an ongoing arrangement, with dealer pricing, training and marketing support, that is the dealer network rather than ad hoc trade supply.

Stock, Delivery and Trade Pricing
Stock. ONE-DNA™ is held in Capalaba, in quantity, in every product. We carry thousands of square metres of each line so that a job can start when you are ready rather than when a container lands.
Delivery. Stocked orders are cut to length and dispatched within 48 hours of payment. First delivery is free on orders delivered within 100 km of our Capalaba office, which covers Brisbane, the Redlands, Logan, Ipswich, Moreton Bay and the northern Gold Coast. Beyond 100 km, and for interstate supply, delivery is quoted with the order. We supply to installers anywhere in Australia.
Pricing. Trade pricing applies to every trade order, from the first roll, and is quoted per order rather than from a list. Volume and repeat orders are priced accordingly. There is no minimum order quantity on standard green products; coloured EcoPlay carries minimums from the manufacturer.

Yes. Ecovia Turf supplies ONE-DNA™ synthetic turf and the full installation system to landscapers, turf installers, playground and surfacing contractors, commercial landscape contractors and facilities with their own crews, in Brisbane, across Queensland and interstate. Supply is at trade pricing from the first order, and it comes with product training and installation advice from a team that installs ONE-DNA™ every week.
Is there a minimum order for trade supply?
No. Ecovia Turf has no minimum order on standard green ONE-DNA™ products; a single roll is a trade order. The exception is coloured EcoPlay 24 mm (red, yellow, black, white and blue), which carries minimum quantities from the manufacturer. Tell us the colours and quantities and we will confirm before quoting.
Does Ecovia deliver, and what does delivery cost?
Yes. Ecovia Turf delivers from stock in Capalaba, and the first delivery is free on orders within 100 km of the office, which covers Brisbane, the Redlands, Logan, Ipswich, Moreton Bay and the northern Gold Coast. Will Ecovia Turf compete with me for the installation?
No. Ecovia Turf installs its own projects in Brisbane and South East Queensland and supplies installers working in the same areas, and treats a trade supply enquiry as exactly that. If a client you are quoting contacts Ecovia directly, we refer them back to you. Can I get samples and the technical documents before I quote?
Yes. Ecovia Turf sends product samples and, for each ONE-DNA™ product, the specification sheet, the Environmental Product Declaration, the Sustainability Statement summarising the SGS tests (PFAS and substances of very high concern, leaching, durability, safety), the product passport, the AS 4586 slip resistance report and the AS 4422 critical fall height report. Ask through the enquiry form and say which project they are for.
What is the difference between trade supply and becoming a dealer?
Trade supply from Ecovia Turf is product and consumables for your own jobs, at trade pricing, with no commitment beyond the order. The ONE-DNA™ dealer network is for businesses that want to stock and resell the product, buying direct from Ecovia Turf, the only Australian supplier of ONE-DNA™, with dealer pricing, training and marketing support. Most landscapers and installers want trade supply; resellers who want to carry the brand should ask about becoming a dealer.
What warranty comes with trade supply?
The manufacturer's limited UV warranty, backed locally by Ecovia Turf as the Australian supplier: 15 years on EcoAbode 30 mm and EcoLife 35 mm and 8 years on EcoPlay 24 mm, covering UV stability, fibre integrity and material integrity under the ONE-DNA™ warranty terms. Workmanship is the installer's; Ecovia provides installation guidance so the product warranty is not put at risk by the install.
